Hi all!
We wanted to take a minute to let everyone we are alive and well on now our third day in New Zealand. After we found a way to turn a trip from Sydney to Martinsborough into a 30 hour ordeal we have just completed our second day of work. Our first consisted of some work around the house and some planting at our host' coastal property and our second, after visiting a lighthouse on the Southeast coast of NZ and some seals, was completing this task - and it looks good :).
Unfortunately we really don't have access to any wifi nor our pictures so we will not be able to update this blog until Saturday when we return to Wellington for the evening. We will keep blogging on our phone and do a big update so stay tuned.
Also, for ease of mind, our hosts are great. They seem to run this small town in that they own the grocery store, the home improvement store, a few homes, property and part of a vineyard. Our accommodation is a stand alone cottage in the midst of a garden, it's pretty nice. And our meals have been nothing short of gourmet, probably due to our wonderful work - or they're just good cooks.
That is our last update for a few days, hope it was worth the read.
