We hardly had the chance to thekki thig. Today was our last day in Iceland and we ended it with a journey inland.
First stop: Thingviller Park where thr European and American plates are pulling apart (featured in our pics) and where Icelanders used to meet to discuss the law. Fortunately this has been improved with courts, lawyers and judges.
Second stop: the geyser that gave us the name 'geyser.' Ironically, this did not erupt but its smaller neighbor. Strokker put on quite a show - almost enough to rival one of the older visitors who was adorned (and this will be confirmed in a video we have) in a red fur coat, red high heels, and tight white pants while holding a photo shoot amid a group of plaid clad outdoor lovers. This was really special and worth noting.
The final stop was Gulfoss waterfall which was spectacular and quite unbelievable in the access they give you to the top of the falls - you can actually walk straight in without touching a restraint but can't get near the moss on the banks.
And with that we prepare to leave for Munich in the morning.

A view right to the heart of a geyser, and the Earth. |

Brian is whole-heartedly faking a climb. |

Finally, someone took our picture! |
